Join us at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Conservative Party of Canada in Kitchener-Conestoga. We ask that you pre-register through kcconservative.ca so we know the number of people attending. There is no charge to attend this event.

Listen in through our webinar while we listen to a local update and then elect our Board of Directors for the coming year.

In order to vote or stand for election to the Board of Directors, you must hold a valid Conservative Party of Canada membership twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. If your membership has lapsed within the past ninety (90) days, you may renew it at the door or online at conservative.ca/membership.

The proposed slate of nominees to the Board of Directors for 2022 is: Alan Becirevic, Carlene Hawley, Daniel Toman, Dieter Kays, Doug Treleaven, Evan Burgess, Harold Albrecht, Harald Drewitz, Ian Mahler, Jason Murray, Keith Hehn, Leslie Toews, Mark Dotzert, Michael Baltaz, Peter Roe, Trysha Wharton.

Eligible members must pre-register 7 days prior to the Virtual AGM to participate.

Only registered participants will receive information on how to join the Virtual AGM.

Registered participants may nominate additional members to the slate of nominees up to 48 hours prior to the Virtual AGM.  There will be no nominations from the floor.

  • Approval of 2022 AGM Agenda

  • Approval of 2020 AGM Minutes

  • Board of Directors Report (Membership, Fundraising, Communications)

  • Financial Statement Update

  • Election of Directors

  • Meeting Adjournment

Note: All matters are deemed approved unless opposition is announced.
